Our medium duty modular shelving system is a fully adjustable, clipped, medium duty shelving system which benefits from.

  • Slim 20mm upright profile in a choice of 3 frame styles.
  • Wide range of retro-fitted accessories which are fully interchangeable - whatever the frame style.
  • Available as open or fully clad bays.
  • Adjustable steel shelves on 25mm pitch. n Up to 130kg UDSWL shelf capacity.
  • Modular design allows installation to be easily extended.

All the benefits of different types of steel shelving have been combined in this truly versatile and interchangeable system. With the economy of open Mono frames, the simplicity of one-piece Solo frames, or the clean lines of Duo frames, our Shelving offers it all.

Shelves and storage accessories are a common fitting to all frame styles - so you can adapt your shelving as future needs change without worrying about compatibility. Accessories feature clip-in fitting so that any changes are quickly and easily made.

A major advantage of this Shelving System is the slim profile shelves and frames which give runs of shelving a neat, co-ordinated appearance. This design feature, coupled with colour options on frames and optional decorative end cladding makes it ideal for use in offices and commercial environments, where the slim profiles minimise wasted linear space and optimise use of the storage area.

Modular design, including a range of interchangeable accessories, gives our Shelving great scope and capability for the creation of custom-designed storage facilities.

Shelving that offers solutions for small parts storage with its range of bin fronts, dividers, plastic drawers and pull-out drawers, ideal for maintenance, automotive factors, electronic and aerospace operations.

This Shelving System can be fitted to our range of mobile chassis, to offer even more potential for versatile and space-efficient storage solutions.
 

Specification

Frame Types:

  • Open – Horizontally Braced Frames.
  • Solid – Single Skin Frames.
  • Solid – Double Skinned Frames.
  • All Frames are slotted on a 25mm pitch for shelf adjustment.
  • Frames attached by either Cross Bracing (cost effective) or Rear Cladding (giving a completely solid bay when used with solid frames (doors and tambour units can be fitted to bay fronts to create a secure lockable cupboard – Part height or full height).

Frame Heights:

  • 950mm – 3500mm - Increasing in 150mm increments.

Shelf Depths:

  • 200mm / 225mm / 250mm / 270mm / 300mm / 320mm / 350mm / 370mm / 400mm / 450mm / 500mm / 600mm

Shelf Widths:

  • 600mm / 700mm / 750mm / 800mm / 900mm / 1000mm / 1100mm / 1250mm

Shelving Capacity:

Loading capacity (per shelf):

  • Standard Duty:        Up to 78kg for a (Uniform Distributed Load) UDL
  • Heavy Duty:              Up to 95kg for a (Uniform Distributed Load) UDL
  • Extra Heavy Duty:   Up to 130kg for a (Uniform Distributed Load) UDL

Finish:
Frame components and shelves come in a range of standard and non-standard (available on a longer lead time) colours:

Standard Colours: Light Grey (RAL 7035) / Graphite Grey (VS5252 18 A14) / White (RAL 9016) / Suave Blue (BS5252 20 E56)

Non-Standard Colours (include): Traffic Red / Marine Blue / Racing Green (Other colours available subject to surcharge, volume and lead time).
