Our dynamic push back racking is amongst the most efficient high density storage systems available achieving high levels of cubic capacity. Able to hold up to 16 pallets deep per level, perfect for loading and unloading pallets in confined areas as only one FLT aisle is required.
Pallets are loaded on to rollers, carts or trolleys are pushed back along inclined storage lanes. This type of system automatically sends pallets from the rear to the front of the lane for easy picking.
When a load is retrieved, the remaining pallets roll forward into position at the picking face. With its ‘first-in, last-out’ operation and with each product having a dedicated lane, dynamic push back racking is particularly useful in marshalling areas, and for bulk storage and handling. This is ideal for storing medium-turnover products.
